This machine is perfect. It’s so fun for the kids and I to use. The only downside is cleaning it, making sure every part gets clean. I will say it uses A LOT of salt I was not prepared for that part so cleaning every part is very Important. It also makes a “slush” consistency, not an “icy” consistency. Overall it’s easy to use and fun for the kids to participate.

Definitely cool. Doesn't work as good with sugar free drinks cause of the freezing but good other wise.

My wife bought me one for Christmas. Worked okay, little louder than I would have liked, but whatever.Then it broke while I was cleaning it. As I couldn't find just the replacement parts I needed, we bought a new one. It broke the moment we turned it on.The whole thing is very thin cheap plastic, not well made at all. I'd hoped the first was just a fluke, or maybe something I did wrong. But two in a row? That's just poor quality. I thought we'd buy a name brand, spend a little more but get a better quality right? Nope.Do NOT recommend buying this.

Bought this for my 9 year old grandson. He begged me to buy it for him. What a disappointment! It takes over 2 hours and the flavours don’t taste very good. I ordered Icee flavours (cherry and blue raspberry). Don’t waste your money. I sent a refund request but reading prior reviews it doesn’t appear they refund your money. Wish I had read all the reviews before buying. Amazon should not support this. Lots of bad reviews. I could have spent $229 on a better one.
