About what you'd expect for the price. Lock seems sturdy enough, and the blade locks into place securely. One thing I do like about it is that it is less bulky than most folding utility knives with extra blade storage. I already have a folding DeWalt with extra blade storage, and while it is sturdy/strong and comfortable to use, it is thick and bulky in my pocket. It is more of a tool belt knife. I also have a slim folder that is easily pocketable but has no storage for spare blades. This one fits in the middle. Just slim enough to fit in a jeans pocket and not be uncomfortable (Keep in mind I'm 6' tall and about 200 pounds), yet substantial enough I feel confident I can 'use' it. Not the best for a tool belt and heavy use, not the best to drop in a pocket and forget it's there, but it fits the middle ground fairly well for someone who uses a knife often enough they want spare blades, but still wants it to fit in a pocket.Quality is decent, blade changes are easy, and blade storage is OK. The spare blades are secure when the cover is closed, but if you are down to the last blade it can be a little 'loose' in the clip and could fall out if the cover is opened and the knife inverted, which really should never happen in use, but is just something to keep in mind when it comes time to change the blade.
