It says on the label made in a factory that also handles gluten, fish, milk, soy and crustaceans. I am gluten intolerant and although I don’t feel certain gluten is in these gummies as my gluten reaction especially when mild is a dazed spaced out feeling, I do wonder when I take one if it’s a very mild gluten reaction or not as I feel my usual symptoms of instantly dazed and it’s instantly when I swallow these, it gets in the blood, and it wears off after a couple of minutes after taking them. Although gluten’s not in the ingredients and the effect is mild it has happened both times so I would perhaps avoid if you are intolerant to those allergies listed. (N.B An hour after taking I notice quite obvious abdominal pain I can only put down to gluten so I have had to throw them).The gummies are very yummy, so yummy I want to keep eating more. So your child will likely be happy to have one before bed as a treat but you’ll probably need to hide them to stop them sneaking out extras!They do make me feel ready for bed, once the potential gluten reaction has gone I feel the deep sleep possibility that I never have from gluten, even in the daytime it came on after about 5 or 10 minutes. So they are good ingredients to help sleep, for adults as well! I took two as I liked the taste too much so might be why I have noticed the effects strongly. If I went to bed now I believe it would be a deep sleep.
