Fits a cat 7 decent
I like overall design, however, the Molle didn't seem to fit my battle belt spacing very accurately. That could be the battle belt or it could be the pouch, it is the only laterally mounted piece of gear on the belt.

it appears to work, maybe a bit fiddly, fast removal strap works fast
First I'll just say I generally don't like the malice clips it comes with. I generally dislike this style of retention 'strap'. I greatly prefer webbing style or solid ones from Blackhawk or several other styles. But, they do work. I also find it annoying that the elastic cord routes through the MOLLE slots which makes it much harder to weave into place. Of course if you wanted to you could remove said cord. But only do this if you intend to only use the included cover strap to retain the TQ.As for the retention of the TQ, you can use the top cover strap or just the elastic cord. I did not realize the cover strap is also a fast extraction style. There is velcro on the front-inside of the pouch where it fastens in place. Meaning it routes underneath the TQ and when you pull up on the strap it lifts the TQ out of the pouch! It does so very quickly and could launch it if you are not careful so be warned. It does indeed get your needed device out quickly, but could be a detriment as well, so the choice is up to you and how you train to remove it and feel comfortable. You can also just remove the strap and pull the elastic cord super tight and that retains the TQ very nicely, but can also be pulled free with a good yank.Overall it's a decent pouch, but I had to refold the straps of my TQ to get it to fit compared to how I usually fold and stage them for my other gear. The only difference is this ends up with it being more thick than long and skinny. Functionally it doesn't change the ability to use them one handed. Always stage your TQ correctly for one handed use!!!!

Fits perfectly
Was the right size to fit a CAT-T seems well made attachment is simple to use and secure. Adjustment for tightness with the elastic cord, to remove just pull up on the tab and it comes out easily.

Used as a flashlight holster
I needed a holster for an Emisar D4SV2 which is an oddly shaped short but wide 26650 flashlight. Most flashlight specific holsters are too long and narrow for this style of light.I figured I would give this a try since the dimensions looked close to what I need.It does fit rather well. The pouch is slightly wider than the light, but there's a drawstring that you can use to cinch it tightly. This worked well and the light is securely held inside. The strap that goes over the top is a bit strange and doesn't simply flip over the top and Velcro shut. It's actually a separate long piece that is attached on the inside of the pouch and then goes down inside around the bottom, up the back and over the top. This gives a bit of adjustment but was a bit wonky for the flashlight. I am not faulting it for this since this is not designed specifically for lights. The overall build quality feels quite good, it's made from a fairly heavy canvas material and the stitching is well done. There's an elastic string threaded thru the back side for tightening as previously mentioned. They include a couple of straps for attaching to backpacks or vests with Molle loops. There's also a patch of loop material on the front for attaching patches, and they include one with the "medic logo".It's not perfect for my specific flashlight, but it's the best one I've found thus far.

Too Small for Tourniquets
The quality is nice, but it's too small for CAT and Rhino Rescue tourniquets. With those tourniquets inside, the top velcro flap won't come down far enough for the velcro to meet and close.

Great design
Very well made and very function. Very easy to remove TQ with just a pull. This is the best I've seen so far, and it goes right on my chest as primary holder.

Simply perfect for the job…
It may seem a simple enough task, be these are perfect for the job.I was keep a tourniquet in the truck along with the first aid kit. Recently I installed a molle board to the back of the seat and attached the first aid kit to it. Now I will add the tourniquet to the board as well. The tourniquet molle pouch was exactly what I needed. It was a little snug to work it fully into the pouch, but is set up for quick deployment with a looped strap. It’s like a rip cord that ejects it out with one pull.It also has a bungee cinch cord to tighten it up, but it’s a near perfect fit and no adjustments were needed.

Nice TQ pouch
Pretty happy with this TQ pouch. Quality is good, nice fabric and the stitching is good. The tab closure is a really long piece of fabric that you tuck into the pouch before you insert your TQ so when you open the holder it pops the TQ out. It also has a bungee tension system, although I didn't find it necessary for my tourniquet. I dint particularly like the attachment system. Instead of the normal strap you would expect from a molle pouch, it just has molle webbing on the back and it includes two plastic straps for attachment. I would prefer it be the typical fabric molle strap, but I still got it attached so I suppose it's whatever. Overall I like the pouch and it does what it's supposed to do.
