This thing is awesome!
I am so impressed with this product and the results I am seeing already. Let me tell you about my experience. I got this thing last Monday inmediately got it out of the box and started using it. It was very easy to operate. I got on it and only lasted about3 minute with the vibration at 30 which is supposed to be quute low. I was intching so much that I had to stop( I new I was going to itch at some point). I got on it again on Tuesday amd lasted about the same. Then on Wednesday I noticed that my celulite in my thighs was gone. I couldn't believe it. My thighs look so smooth! I was expecting that. So I got back on it on Wednesday but this time decided to do it on my arms that also had celulite and again the celulite was gone and my arms were smooth. It been 4 days since I started to get on this machine and today I was lasting for longer and at a much higher setting (60). I know it suppose to help with weightloss and I feel like it has a tiny bit (not enough to tip the scale though). I have been lifting weights so that can be it. I highly recommend you get this machine and get on it. At the beginning you will probably last next to nothing and it terribly for a few moment but it gets better. I am so looking forward to the summer and wearing my shorts and bikinis with my smooth skin.

Vibration plate gets job done for the money
Works as expexted, i use 2x day at running speed. Only reason imarked it down 1 star is sometimes it gives off a funky smell when im using it kind of like if it overheats but runs the whole time.

Disappointed After Just 6 Weeks of Use
I was initially excited about this Vibration Plate Exercise Machine and used it daily as part of my workout routine. However, after just six weeks, the quality has gone downhill fast. The vibration strength has noticeably decreased, making the workouts far less effective. On top of that, it has started making rattling noises during use, which is both annoying and concerning.For a product that's supposed to support regular use, this kind of wear and tear in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected much better durability. Definitely not worth the investment
