I needed suspension files deeper than standard, so chose a well known brand as they need to be more robust to take the extra weight. Not disappointed as they seem quite sturdy and made of good quality card.More expensive than the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for. Prompt delivery.

Excellent quality, wide capacity and I believe they will last a long time. Worth the extra. Don't be tempted to buy the cheap suspension files on here unless you only need to put about 20 sheets of paper in them. Even then they won't last long

Despite the warranty we had a few that had not been crimped to the metal properly - guarantee is not relevant - perhaps this was a single bad batch but not good for office use.

I,ve inspected the contents of the package and all seems in order. I won't be able to jhave a further look until our move has been completed.

I was struggling with 'normal' suspension folders as I was filing a significant amount of paper in my filing cabinets. These stronger, thinker folders are fantastic and come with a warranty. Why wouldn't you buy them?

I purchased these to be able to place larger files in as per description. At first they appeared sturdy, however within a month of use, the paper part of the files began to separate from the metal hanger bits, presumably the glue holding them together is of poor quality. I had passed the return window by a couple of days, however I rang Amazon, who kindly issued a replacement box. Unfortunately, it became apparent with a couple of weeks that the newer box had the same issue. The box isn’t cheap at almost £60, so had I not been able to get a full refund for the second box, would have felt very aggrieved. I note from other reviews that previous customers have suffered the same issues, some unfortunately not noticing the fault until way outside the return window and having to use sellotape to fix them! ’m going to have to search around for an alternative- perhaps something that isn’t glued but either bolted or stitched. But would caution anyone purchasing these to check the ruggedness of them.
