We purchased the Mac Mini (M4 chip) for our business, expecting Apple’s signature performance and reliability. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.Right from the start, the system was unstable—apps kept crashing, making it unusable for any serious work. Initially, we suspected an issue with the M4 chip itself. But after some troubleshooting, we realized it was a fault with the Mac Mini unit.By the time this became clear, the return window had already closed. We took it to an Apple Service Center, only to be met with reluctance and minimal help. Despite the fact that the product was under warranty and brand new, their only offer was a repair.The device went in for servicing, but even after over a month, there was no proper update or explanation. It was only after escalating the issue to the AppleCare team that they acknowledged the severity of the situation and agreed to replace the unit. But even that replacement process has now dragged on—it’s been over 2 months and 15 days, and we still haven’t received any concrete response or resolution.For anyone planning a purchase, especially for business use, we strongly recommend buying from an offline store. At least then, you’ll have a human point of contact who might actually help when something goes wrong. With the online purchase route, it feels like you’re stuck in a loop with no accountability.Very disappointing from a brand like Apple
