It's a small amount of product, but it's enough for my fine, long hair; those with thicker hair may need to use additional capsules. I like that this is a leave-in treatment and I don't need to worry about rinsing it out. It feels a little greasy on my hands, but once my hair dries, it's soft, smooth, and not greasy. The oils have a mild scent, vaguely fruity (the ingredients lists gives the simple "fragrance," so I'm not exactly sure what it is). These are convenient for travel, though I will need to find a smaller container to take just a few. It's suggested to use this treatment "regularly," but it seems sufficient to use them once or twice a week, depending on the frizziness of your hair.

I've been using these for a few weeks now and really see a difference in my hair. I have medium length thick hair and using one capsule is plenty, almost too much. You twist the tops off which can be difficult with wet hands, so I tend to use a small pair of scissors and apply to damp hair, focusing on the ends.
