** sharpener does not work while plugged in.. at first I thought I got a dud.. nope usb charging cord is for charging only then stow the cord away in its compartment.. I love ho this sharpens the pencil without wearing down too much.. little waste

I like that it has 3 different sizes for sharpening pencils! I did not really read the dimensions of the product and was surprised that it was a lot bigger (taller) than I had anticipated. But It gets the job done, safely shutting off once the pencil is sharpened to the desired sharpness (you can adjust how sharp you want the point). Lastly, I love that it has a built in USB cord for charging because we are trying to move away from single use lithium batteries to lessen our waste. I believe there is actually an option with this pencil sharpener to use batteries for operation.

I am highly disappointed with my product. The first time I ordered this pencil sharpener the base was broken so I sent it back. The second sharpener was used and had pencil shaving inside and was very dirty!! I would like to hear back from the seller and receive a BRAND NEW ITEM.

Charged up very quickly. Sharpens fine on the sharpest setting. I like a very sharp point on my pencils so I don't use the other settings. I like that it doesn't take up too much space on my desk and does not have to stay plugged in. I recommend this product.

I have 2 of these pencil sharpeners I run a music studio and the students and I use many pencils and we need them sharp. I also judge music events and use pencils filling out the rating sheets. I always take a sharpener with me to these events. The sharpener is light weight and the rechargeable battery is convenient. It lasts a long time on a single charge. You can choose your degree of sharpness for the pencil. Also, it accommodates 3 sizes of pencils. Highly recommend this product.

In the end, the wife had too much trouble trying to get a good tip on her colored pencils and we returned it to get an Xacto version, which is a beast.
