Delicious.
I grew up with this mustard. I love it. It's a shame we can't find it in regular stores. Tangy and sweet, very flavorful. It has a hint of cumin maybe? not sure, but it is not like your regular mustards. Well worth the try.

The rolls royce of sweet mustard
This is the rolls royce of sweet mustard: it's the perfect accompaniment for leftover cold white meat such as pork roast, roasted chicken as well as hot dogs. What a treat to be able to purchase this on Amazon!

Interesting New Mustard
My first experience with this product. I paid about 5.50 for the jar and it was a good value for the price. It's not a hot mustard in any way, more like a yellow mustard than a classic smooth Dijon, but you can definitely taste the spices; there's distinct cinnamon right up front and it works. I used it to make some chicken salad. It turned out great and didn't need a whole lot of additional seasoning. I wish the ingredients were also printed in English but it's easy enough to translate with a good program. More of a salad mustard than a sandwich mustard. If you've never had it before and can get it at a good price, definitely worth experimenting with.

Learned of Savora in the Thomas Edison Family & Friends cookbook
I was in Ft. Myers, FL and purchased the Thomas Edison Family and Friends cookbook in their Museum and found a recipe calling for 1-2 tsp. of Savora for Savora Hollandaise Sauce for Fish and Vegatables. Not being familiar with Savora, I googled it and found out about this 1899 condiment of 11 spices. It makes for a more complex mustard with hints of nutmeg, cinammon and taragon. It's terrific on sandwichs and and condiment for a slice of terrine or pate. Treat yourself. For, some, it's an acquired taste. For me, it's spot on (and new and different).

Delicious with Layers of Flavor
This mustard is a gem. Full of spices and warmth but, not so much that the true mustard taste gets lost. Makes deviled eggs shine and sandwiches delish. I put some on rack of lamb with garlic and rosemary and grilled - fabulous.
