Defective out of the box
I've always heard from the pros never to trust these cheap Chinese units. I can confirm that statement to be correct. I've had two units from this company/style go bad, one after only a few hundred miles and now this one which didn't work out the box. Replaced with an old school points style for the same price and had zero issues.

This product works for a short time. Then quit. I have tried this distributor a couple of times. I would not recommend.

Great Performance
We purchased this electronic Distributor to replace the old Point Style distributor on our 1966 Mustang. The total package included the Distributor, Coil and new wires. The install on took a little over an hour to complete. I did need to manufacture a support to hold the coil in a convenient location on the engine. The instructions only show how to connect the wires. Make sure you to not lose the timing position when removing and installing the new distributor.
