Easy to take and on stomach

Very effective and did not cause stomach upset. Hema iron is better absorbed by body.

I bought this earlier this year & really felt a difference after about a month. The 2nd month I felt even better. Wasn't constipating like other iron pills I've taken in the past. I felt more energy. Before that I was always sluggish & had to take naps a lot. My lab tests showed my iron was low & my doc prescribed Tardyferon which always constipates & is plant based iron. I wanted to try heme iron so I researched & saw that Feosol Bifera got good reviews so I tried it & liked it. I ordered another batch since I've had some crazy heavy periods lasting longer than they should have which sort of wiped me out. Even my gyno said I should be taking iron with heavy periods like that. So here we go for round two of Feosol Bifera. ;-)

product works. raised my iron levels. only problem is, they aren't high enough. will continue to use Feosol (if it hurts your stomach at all it'll only be for a day or two, mild) and will get blood work done in another month or two to recheck levels

This is the only iron supplement that I have ever tried that doesn't make me feel like I am going to puke, nor does it bind me up. I get ridiculously anemic from my monthly menstruation, so, in order to not become dangerously anemic, I take this stuff. The Bifera kind is OF COURSE the most expensive, and hardest to find... but at least I don't feel like I am going to pass out, vomit or have heart palpitations from the anemia.

For those of us who have had RNY, this is the ONLY iron that is absorbed by us. It doesn't constipate or cause me to get sick. Since I need to take vitamins the rest of my life, as well as iron, This is the way to go. Is it a bit more expensive than regular iron? yes, but my health is worth it. That's why I had the RNY. to improve my health. It's difficult to find in regular stores (make sure it's Polysaccharide Iron Complex)

No constipation or other intestinal problems with this formulation. Seems to do the job.

I always seem to run a little low on Iron so my doctor recommended this product. He said this type of iron does not cause the side affects of the other. He was right, no side affects and better energy. Highly recommend.
