Lack of detailed instructions

Great item. Would go above and beyond for a home gym. We own a 6,000 sq ft MMA combat academy. We are opening up on pennies so had to be economical. As far as time keeping and round options- this thing is great. Buzzer is NOT loud enough for our facility, and the remote distance could be a bit longer. It can reach from our Grappling mats (40ft away) but not from bags. Again- for a LARGE home gym- this thing would be epic. Even perfect for a small dojo. For a huge warehouse- not quite. Of course they never advertised it as so, so I’m still giving it 5 stars.

I use for High Intensity Interval Training on my Heavy Bag hanging in the garage. It does end after 11 Rounds as I had programmed it to do but there is no display that I can see to tell me what round I am on. This would be helpful since I modify intensity depending on what round I am on. The plug in to electrical outlet instead of battery makes it more durable. Plus I now have a clock in my garage.

Love it! Great timer that is very visible and easy to use. It has worked wonderfully and is excellent. I would definitely recommend this product. I received it very quickly and in perfect condition.

I bought two of these, one remote worked for some time, one didn’t at all. I am hoping to find a way to get a new remote or someway to use my timers now.

Easy to set up. But you do need to have your own batteries for the remote. Very loud ding when timer goes off

I received the product for my garage gym. Since the first week the remote control was not responsive. I thought that because of the low temperatures the batteries were dying and I kept changing them. After a while it stopped working at all. Now a few months after I cannot use it without a remote at all...

It was exactly as described . Takes a little time setting up but works great once it’s done.

Really like the quality of the clock. Comes with a handy remote control through which you perform all settings and start/stop all functions of the clock. There is even a brightness setting for the numbers displayed. You can brighten or dim the numbers to your preferance, and you can even shut the whole display off when you are not using it. Once you read through the instructions properly, setup are easily made for interval training which including the length of each set; the length of the rest periods you want between sets; and the total number of sets you desire in total. You can create up to 10 preprogrammed training periods as above, and there is even an automatically countdown that takes place before each set is to begin. You can included sound or no sound and I find the volume level quite good even with music playing in the room. You can use it as a stop watch to either count up or down from your starting point. And when not using it for training purposes, it also keeps great time as an attractive digital clock. It comes with brackets that allow you to easily hang the clock on a wall, or even on the top of a shelf. I am really happy with my purchase overall, and would definitely recommend it to others.

Big Screen is a Plus . But Difficult to Figure out how to use . Also , If your looking for a Loud Buzzer, This Units Buzzer is NOT Loud , I use it at my own Gym and if I Turn the Music Up , You can Barely hear the Count down .

The media could not be loaded.  I love this timer. With all the changes in the world the home gym is now the new normal. Why not make your gym feel normal like a real gym. We've been using this in our home gym for a month now and love it. I can hear it no problem even with the music cranked. I'm use to the countdown now so don't have to look at it very often and can get ready, start and stop just on the sound. Like most of the reviews say you do have to read the instructions to set it up. Once you get the hang of it the settings are endless and you can create any workout format you want. For a reasonable price it's great value.

A great piece for your daily exercise routine.It's a little troublesome when working with the programing with the remote, but you'll will get the hang of it in the long run. I just wished they had a lot larger & more detailed manual.
