I Love and Adore This !
I am thrilled with this product, and fell in love with it immediately. I was amazed when I unwrapped it, and turned the button, and immediately heard a beautiful and relaxing sound of birds singing! The ocean and rain sounds are perfect, and there are other sounds as well. I couldn't be happier and more pleased! The only thing I don't understand is that the charge adapter doesn't fit, and if it did fit I wouldn't know where to connect the other end to charge it. I'm accustomed to charging cell phones. This is a lovely product that I am going to enjoy a lot, and I will use it by my computer and on the night table by my bed. My parrot is fascinated with the happy bird songs, too, lol. I like that if I'm not on the beach, I can hear those sounds that I love.

Very Loud sounds and crackling
I like the size of this product and used it for several hours for 3 days. The all of a sudden it would make very loud cracking sounds. So it has become useable. It was not very expensive so I'm not out much money. The bad part is that I ordered back-up batteries for it. Batteries with nothing to use them with.

Nice size
This unit is nice with multiple sounds, I used the rain feature and it put my dog to sleep. I like the fact this has a timer.

Loved this at first--but doesn't last!
Edited!!!! This started having issues after a few months. The sound not work and I'd have to turn it on and off a bunch of times. Now it starts working and then emits a horrible static noise so it's useless as a sleep aid.I am happy to have found this product! I wake often in the night and usually have trouble falling back asleep but now I just switch this on, hit the button for 15 minutes, and I'm back asleep in minutes. It is so little and light that I'll easily be able to take it when I travel and it will be perfect for blocking out those unfamiliar hotel noises. Some of the sounds are odd (to me)--but that's probably what makes this so nice is that there is a wide variety so anyone should be able to find a sound that works for them. What I especially like:-It's very small and lightweight-It doesn't need to be plugged in and comes with a charger-There is a variety of sounds-It's super easy to use so I can just reach over in the dark to turn it on and hit the timer button. The only thing I'm not thrilled with is that the volume knob jumps from super quiet to pretty loud and it's hard to get it to that perfect sleep volume.

A nice little sound machine
I've wanted a sound machine for some white noise for a while (well, actually since I was a kid) but somehow I never got around to getting one. You COULD just download a white noise app on your phone, but then you have to open the thing every time you want white noise. Personally I'd rather have a dedicated box like this. While this device has a few flaws I think we can all forgive them given the low, low price. Yes, there's no "power cord" just your typical usb cable connection that everything uses these days. HOWEVER, the device has a battery so you can actually take it with you and/or operate for hours on a battery charge, and I think that's a fantastic feature. The sounds selection looks like it hasn't changed in 20 years. You've your obligatory thunder, waves, rain, heartbeat, etc., and I could swear they are the same sound clips from 20 years ago because they still sound like a tinny cheap radio for a kid that loops every 10 seconds. In 1998 that was cool, but it's 2018, so I REALLY hope sound boxes like this start using higher quality audio samples that use real sound recordings on longer loops 5~10 mins would be nice. That brings me to the other flaw with this box. The speakers are true garbage, about as low quality as I've ever heard in my life. I don't expect Bose Wave Radio for $30, but I'm hoping in the future products like this can up the sound quality a notch.I got this device to add some storm/crash waves to my blue bathroom with salt lamp and led lights (to complete the Polynesian paradise motif) and it works great for that purpose.

Excellent noise machine...
This is an excellent product, and surpassed my expectations. For one, while plastic, it seems solid. Also, it's very easy to use. There is a knob that is double as an on/off switch and volume control; eight buttons, each with a different sound/white noise; and there are three buttons to control the time (and a default for playing a sound in an unlimited loop). Further, and perhaps most important for those looking for a device to help them fall asleep or relax, the sounds are crisp and calming. Finally, the machine is light-weight (while as mentioned before solid-feeling) and could actually be packed in a suitcase for travel. The price, while not cheap, is fair, to say the least.

Overall good but a few of the sounds could use improvement
This is a nice portable sound machine, I really like that it has built in battery and convenient form factor for travel usage. The ocean and thunder sounds are nice, they do a good job of not sounding obviously repetitive like some other sound machines can be. The lullaby sound is a guitar duet of rock-a-bye baby between an acoustic guitar and a steel resonator guitar, which gives it a sort of country-twang. Personally I really like the lullaby song, it is very relaxing although I'm not sure I would want to sleep to it. Overall, most of the sounds are pretty good but the heartbeat and shhh sounds are really bad. The heartbeat recording sounds like something from a horror film soundtrack instead of the typical relaxing heartbeat sound, and the shh sound is overly shrill and high pitched, to me it is very annoying instead of relaxing.
