Aside from the cord length being just shy of where I'd like (which for most people is an unnecessary length) it's Great! I have a very clumsy dog, and he has a clumsy owner, so it's already taken a few spills while still responding just as well as it always has.

Great customer service. You get what you pay for with the controller, other wise great customer service.

This controller works great for me now... I’ve played with this controller on Xbox 360s and everything has gone really well with all games, I liked this controller and if I break it, I will buy another one of these, do not water your money on cheap controllers, you buy this one and all controllers wii be forgotten, have a nice day. The buttons and sticks have a smooth feel...now time to get more games. Have a good time everyone!!

I just got mine yesterday and it works fine. The buttons are much less responsive than a normal Xbox 360 controller. I can tell this won't last me very long. If you're not playing a "button-mashing" game, it should be fine. But otherwise, just buy another controller.

*UPDATE*Customer service issued me a full refund. The controller feels rather good actually. There's always bound to be some defective ones.. Even from Microsoft so shop with confidence! :)This piece of poop is horrible. Do not get it. I connect it and it works for about 5 seconds until I try to do something and it shuts off or it glitches. BAD. save your money.

The joy sticks are 8 directional so your aiming is no where near as smooth as it is with a actual Xbox controller. It really throws off aiming.
