This is an excellent product - thoroughly recommended.The user guide instructs in the full-charging of the battery for the first three charges.I installed the battery and left it charging, then put the computer back into use, the power level was shown to be 100% fully charged, albeit without the power cable the screen on battery power was very dark indicating the battery to not be fully charged.I then put the power supply back on and the power level showed 98% and charging.I then left it plugged in and charging for three days, each day removing the power supply briefly to see the battery power level gradually increasing.At the end of the three days of active charging, with the power cable removed the battery power showed over 5 hours remaining.I then powered the computer on the battery for two and a half hours, after which the battery showed 53% remaining, then restoring the power supply, by way of which the battery became !00% charged and the battery charging indicator light finally went out.The original battery provided 4 hours of use, this battery gives more than 5 hours - but it needs to be cajoled in order to reach its full potential.

I have contacted seller as the battery doesn't fit my laptop! I read the list of models it supposedly fits and mine was listed, but although the length is same the parts that click into place are either too long or too short! Disappointed with purchase and a waste of my time and money, its not compatible and the item description is wrong. Before ordering I got a pal to double check and we both agreed that from what the description said we had ordered the right one but as it turned out we hadn't as the seller had got it wrong. Want money refunding!!

This was an ordinary straight forward buy. The delivery service was very good and the battery arrived safely. Every thing happened like clockwork. the battery works fine, thank you. As I said just the usual good service I usually get. Now that's what is impressive. I want something, I buy it, it works. That kind of service is remarkable. I applaud all involved, Thanks.

had a problem with first battery but the problem was sorted out very quickly with a replacement. seller was first class. will use them again contact & customer service was first
