This is the best productivity tool that I had. I use this one all the time. Initially I bought this for taking selfies but realized that it’s great to read and see on the phone while it’s on the selfie stick. I put my phone in this selfie stick and carry it around. I only take my phone apart when going out and carry the selfie stick separately. I use my phone to track the time and various activities during the day and take notes about the daily activities. This one helps me just to stay on top of that like when I'm working, having lunch, dinner or doing any other activity. I just lay this with the screen on when I'm reading or watching on phone. This is light weight with good grip and phone can be turned at different angles and directions easily. I probably order like two or three at a time and if it breaks I always have another one handy. When traveling I carry it in the box that it comes in because it's so fragile. I use it so carefully but this helped me a lot in the past few years I can say. I hope they can make it a little sturdy without increasing the weight.

We used this for a trip overseas with extended family. I was worried about us being able to find someone to take our pictures all together so I bought this to do group photos with. It certainly did the trick. The tripod is stable and easy to place. The remote works well and from a pretty decent distance, too. The last place we used it we were probably 15-20 ft from the tripod and the remote worked fine. We set it up on stone, and grass. On really uneven grass we used a backpack to prop it up against, and that worked well. We were really pleased with it! We got all the pics we wanted. It folds down to a really manageable size, my hubby carried it in his inside jacket pocket almost the whole trip. The only downfalls I could find are when you put the phone in, sometimes if you're trying to adjust it you accidentally can pop it out and that it doesn't automatically pair with your phone, even after initial pairing. So we would get all set up for a picture and it wouldn't be connected. Not a major fault by any means, but we did have to remember to pair it every time. Overall, I think this was well worth the money and got us all the pictures together (and selfies) that we wanted. I have never owned a selfie stick before this one, but I would think if I were to nitpick that maybe it could be longer, but it was definitely doable and we used it a lot! Great buy!

Over the years I have owned several selfie sticks and I usually gift then to people I met on my international trips. This selfie stick is the worst one I have purchased. The extending tube was flimsy, causing the phone to not be steady. The rubber padding that holds the phone in place came off within two weeks of first use. For stationary use the selfie stick was ok, but not otherwise. The remote worked well.

I'm not sure how this product got so many good reviews, I simply didn't get a decent product out of it. 1st one, out of the box, one of the rubber pieces fell off when I tried to put my Samsung S22 on, also the joint of the stick and phone holder felt wobbly. I asked for a replacement. The replacement came quickly, I put on my phone it held the phone, Bluetooth worked. Then I haven't got a chance to use it until I went on a tour trip two weeksago when the returnwindow was closed. OMG, anything could go wrong went wrong, 1st another rubber piece fell off, Bluetooth kept dropping off, then I realized the battery was dead, I only used couple of days. Then the control button fell off, luckily i was able to find it when i walk back. I couldn't even find a replacement battery in stores. The phone holder was very unstable/ wobbly especially when extended. Here I am, with this useless "selfie stick", can't do selfie, couldn't even be used as a stick... I'm very disappointed with this product, it was useless when I needed the most. So my advise to you if you'reconsidering this, do you self a favor, look for somewhere else, don't let it ruin your expansive trips!

I don't use my selfie stick to take selfies. I make dollhouse miniatures and mixed media videos on You Tube and this is the best stick I have used for that. It gives me (and my viewers) a great angle to watch me create, create along with me, or watch as I walk/talk through something I've made. In the past I used those $3 sticks from the Target $1 spot - and they did the job. But this stick is so much better - it has a tilting head so you can adjust the camera forward and back as well as turn it in any direction you might need. The only complaint I have is the clamp where the phone sits is shallow - my phone is thicker - my fix is that I wrapped some small, cloth hair ties around it to keep it in place. That seems to work fine. It comes with a remote control, but you have to log into some remote, foreign website - which I am NOT doing. I have no idea if syncing their remote to my camera and their website will give them access to my phone, contacts, files, personal information, etc etc. So I haven't even bothered with the remote control. The telescoping arm has a nice stretch - not super long, but I have mine strapped to an old guitar stand so it, again, fits my custom needs. It seems well made and sturdy so I hope, since (at $15) it cost 5xs what my old one cost, that it lasts 5xs and long! I'm quite happy with this!
