It does not have a three prong plug like the picture, but so far I like the product. It is nice to be able to charge more than one device at a time. It has charged a phone, iPad and iPad Pro at the same time. It’s so handy. We don’t have to dig out plugs for different devices, because they all are in the same place.

We normally charge 2 older iPhones + 2 newer iPhones + ipad overnight. On day 55, blue LED stopped working. Changed wall outlet, changed power chord, the station just does not power on anymore. Quite the disappointment.

I can't stand a "spaghetti countertop" or desktop of cords from multiple USB chargers and devices. This compact charging station has short charging cords [a plus!] and consolidates everything neatly and centrally. It also seems to charge at a faster rate than what I'm used to. It looks really nice (much better than the snarl of wires we had previously!) but I've noticed that when I have my phone plugged in, it says "slow charging" and barely charges at all. Initially it was great, but after about a week it started saying that. Not sure why!

It's a very useful device. I liked that the slots for holding devices could be moved to accommodate larger or thinner phones or tablets. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Positives: nice product made from wood instead of plastic or metal and easy to use. Negatives: only one connector for most common type of devices. Other four connectors for specialty devices (none of which I have).

Awesome charging station ..able to charge 2 tables and 3 phones No more dead devices! Would make a lovely gift!

As far as charging, it works great. But the divider construction is weak at best. After several months, we only have one divider left - so the idea of organizing your devices in a neat row (off the counter) basically goes out the window. Wish I could get replacement parts but can't find a place where that can happen
