Great Quality and Perfect for DIY Projects!
I’ve been using the BLUEFIRE MAPP Gas Cylinders for my DIY projects, and they’ve been fantastic! The 99.9% high purity propylene burns hotter than propane, making it perfect for tasks that require higher heat, like brazing or soldering. Each cylinder lasts a good amount of time, and the pack of 2 provides great value.I also appreciate that these cylinders are easy to use and fit most standard MAPP gas torches. They burn cleanly with minimal odor, and I haven’t had any issues with leakage or pressure. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-performance gas for your torch, these cylinders are an excellent choice. Highly recommended for both professionals and hobbyists!

Hotter than Propane
I originally used these types of torches for my introduction to Lampworking. I originally started with propane but it had a tendency to oxidize my glass thus turning it dark and streaked that's when I found out about Mapp gas and how a hotter flame would stop the burning of my glass. Today I use an Oxygen and Propane torch for my Lampworking, but I keep these on hand in case of an emergency. I will continue to buy these torches for backups. I am very happy with these torches and will use them when I need a hotter flame than propane alone.

Not sure whether it's any better than Home Depot map cans.
It does seem to initially burn like the map gas cans I get at home depot, I cannot confirm if it is actually hotter but I can confirm it is more unstable, I left it in my work vehicle and lit it in the morning the next day and the flame was outrageous and outright scary until I tried it a few times and let run for 10 seconds when it returned to normal output, albeit it's a new can but whatever expansion it experienced in the heat of the day should have been well tamed by the cool morning. I almost lost an eyebrow.
