Honey Stinger Waffles are my go-to for endurance runs. They’re easy on the stomach, give me a nice energy boost, and taste so much better than gels. I usually eat one about 30 minutes before a long run and bring an extra for anything over 10 miles. They’re light, not messy, and the texture is perfect—not too dry. Highly recommend for runners, cyclists, or anyone needing quick, reliable fuel!

Delicious and on the go. Hiking, camping, great snack. My pup likes it too. Bigger one is better. They do sell the snack size versions of these but this is a better deal. Low sugar and good moral boost after a grueling hike.

these are great to eat on the way to the gym, taste great and just enough to keep you from getting hungery....being a personal trainier I recomend these...j

These taste great! Love 'em! Some energy bars leave a bad aftertaste. These, on the other hand, have a great aftertaste that says, "More, More, More!" It would be very easy to just sit and snack on these so if you lack will power they may not be right for you but if you can eat one or two and say, "That's enough for now!" then these would be a great energy snack! They're crunchy & chewy but most of all they taste very good. I wish they were a little bigger... but that would mean more calories so I'm good with what they came up with.

I have been very pleased with this product. As noted in reviews I read before purchasing this product, I dont use it on runs as it is not easy to open and it can be crumbly. As far as pre-fuel for a run, I may have one or 2 with my coffee for mybearly run and I find it gives me what I need. I find the texture n taste are pleasant and I would recommend. I have purchased more and will try other flavors.

When I'm doing hard endurance rides, I always pack some gels or blocks. As I learned the hard way when I forgot them one ride, they work. But, sometimes I feel like I need a little more than 1 gel per hour. And if I consume more, it makes my stomach upset. Moreso on hot days. These waffles are exactly what I needed. On harder rides, I'll have a waffle shortly after the gel. My stomach feels fine. And I don't hit the wall before my next feed. Plus they're absolutely delicious! Great ingredients! And they survive the hot, sweaty, jersey pocket in one piece. Sometimes I bring one to work for a snack when I know it will be too crazy for me to get a meal break. Great product!

Honey is the best energizer! It doesn't make you jittery at all. This product tastes amazing and keeps me full.
