These are excellent knives however don't leave them submerged in water. If you accidentally do so they will smell like cocokroaches (a reaction between the rubber and bacteria) and this smell will not go.. That said the knives are of excellent quality. The blades are razor sharp can be sharpened easily on a whetstone and hold their edge for a long long time. Just don't let them soak in dirty water. For the cost it's a definite buy.

It's usage, sharpness, weight is all in balance. It's so sharp it made a deep cut in finger even though it didn't feel the knife touched the finger. But very happy and extremely satisfied with the product. Such a professional touch. Grip and size is all perfect. Chopping and slicing so comfortable and stable. At such price it's a better thing to get. Be careful with the knife 😉.

The quality of the product is great! This is the best knife we've ever had in our household. Length of blade is 20 cm and the total length (including handle is about 32 cm). Width is 4.5 cm at the thickest part . So if you've never used a knife of this size, it will take some getting used to. The blade is super sharp, and its good that they've provided a cap for the pointy end, and a plastic sheath to keep it in.Definitely recommended.

This is a perfect knife if you know how to chop or are looking to learn but definitely not an everyday regular kitchen knife.. it is extremely sharp and needs to be handled with utmost care for your own safety. Having said that, it has a great balance and sharpness if you have the skill to handle the same.

Large sized knife, they should add a washable cover.Spoiled the blade within a few days, partly due to my mistake, but still the steel used is not so good.I have a few filers and other tools as well as on some knives I use a spent grinding wheel blade with hand, and that’s the best thing to sharpen it as it is not so abrasive.Files rubs away the chunks of stainless steel. Even the finest files in my toolbox.People may face problems if they do not have proper knife stand in kitchen. I unfortunately have to keep it in the SS trolley with other kitchen items, and due to its odd large size it is a bit problematic.

This is really a beginner Chef knife it's a lot lighter than expected and pretty sharp I can recommend this without a second thought and it takes a little bit time to get used to it.
