I love E.L.F products and this fills in my eyebrows nicely. I can apply a small amount for a natural look or apply more for a dramatic look. Doesn't rub off during the day, but removes easily with any makeup, face cleansing.

I've been using this product for years! I really love the price and the value for what you get. There is a good color variety for brunettes, and I've tried several. I have very dark eyebrows and I can use several different colors and they still look good.

OK. I'm a believer. As my aging brows have gotten thinner and thinner, I've tried a variety of pencils and powders. This is simplest, quickest, and more natural looking. And while I used to use charcoal or brown-black, the neutral work well.
