Truly Amazed
The quality is amazing. And the ease of being able to change the bits in and out is wonderful. I am sure I am not the only one who has many different blades and engravers for different materials. To have the equivalent of 3 engravers that only takes up the space of one makes things a lot easier. The metal blanks that come with it are also of good quality. They are not thin or cheap looking. And unlike some I have seen they do not look like they are made for scrap metal.

Works like a charm!
I decided for this product because it has changeable tips so that I don't have to buy a tool for each tip. I use it mainly on aluminum cuff bracelets and custom jewelry and dog tags. The tool is easy to install and fits perfectly in a Cameo Silhouette 3 and Curio machine. Engraving are clean. After at least 100 items the engravings are still crisp and clean.

I love it!!!
The media could not be loaded. I have a cameo 4 so I decided to give XOOM a try and I'm glad that I did. It came with instructions and It was very easy to use. I was worried it was going to move. Well, XOOM fit perfectly in the blue adapter that came with my Cameo 4 and it didn't move at all. I posted a photo of my first acrylic projects. They turned out pretty good for my first attempt.

Love this tool for mu Silhouette!!!
I got this tool for my daughter to make key chains and necklaces for Christmas gifts for her friends. It has been so fun for her to personalize her gifts for each one of her friends. She has been able to make things for them that she would never have been able to find in a store. They are so cute! Love the versatility of all 3 of the tools. Can't wait to make signs with them next.

Perfect tool for customizing and gifting!
This tool is so fun and easy to use! The instructional video is super easy to follow. After watching the video, I etched five keychains in an hour (the first one took half the time just figuring it out, and after that only 5-10 minutes each). I love that the metal pieces I used were all included with the purchase of the tool. I bought the keychain attachments for a few dollars at Michael’s, and now I have 5 customized Christmas gifts ready to go!

Its ok if you are not using it to mass produce items
Product works great for about 15 different etches/passes. The 'apparatuses' that are interchangeable dull very quickly. It works but just need it to work long that a few days.

Great etching tool!
This was so fun to use! It’s so great to have 3 options in one place and get a project done quickly. The youtube videos helped a lot to understand the basics but the tool is very easy to use and understand

Unacceptable performance! Buy the Chomas Etching/Engraving tool instead
I already owned the Chomas Creations tool for etching/engraving. I have been tempted to get the Chomas Precision Tip (it came out after I bought the first one), when I came across this product. I liked the idea of 3 different functions, and it was similarly priced to the Chomas Precision tool (both with blanks), so I decided to check it out. I was so excited, as soon as it arrived (along with some sweet blue aluminum business cards), I immediately took it for a test run.Analytical by nature, I decided to do a side by side comparison, and was appalled! On the exact same settings, the Zoom tool was not seen on most letters, and very faint on others (see first pic). I had used the default metal etching sheet setting on my Curio, Force 25, Speed 1, single pass. After looking at the Youtube video that allegedly was considered "instructions", I did catch they had the force at 33. So I reran just the Zoom tool at max force and 2 passes (3 total passes now). Better but completely unacceptable (see 2nd pic).To be as fair/scientific as possible, I switched the Zoom tool from the left Tool 1 carriage to the right Tool 2 carriage, in case that made a difference. Nope! A total of 5 passes, and most of it is still illegible (see 3rd pic). I will note, on the one letter that did turn out well, the "m" in Medium, looked better and cleaner (after 5 passes) than the Chomas, but on the whole, still completely unacceptable.I then wondered if it had something to do with my mat, as it was the only variable I could think of that could be causing an issue. So I put a new business card down on the other side of the mat, and switched out the tip on the Zoom from Medium to Precision. I ran it side by side again, and once again, the results were completely unacceptable. This time, both tools were set to Force 33, Speed 1, 2 Passes (4th pic).Bottom line: This tool has a great concept, but unacceptable performance. I will be returning this and getting the Chomas Precision tool instead for my fine-detail projects.
