Caution! Grandma-style sewing kit contains cookies!
"Came for the sewing kit, stayed for the butter cookies. 10/10, no regrets."When I ordered this charming little SINGER sewing basket, I imagined myself finally becoming the kind of person who casually says things like, “Oh, I’ll just stitch that up real quick!” Instead, I became the kind of person who opens a sewing kit and finds—surprise!—nothing but butter cookies. Not a needle in sight, but enough Danish-style butter cookies to make me question every decision I’ve ever made… and then go back for seconds. There were no spools of thread. No pincushion. The measuring tape was conspicuously absent, possibly hiding under the sea of sugary shortbread like a textile Loch Ness monster. Buttery goodness in every compartment, though. I’m talking the full assortment: pretzel-shaped, crinkly-edged, mysterious-swirly ones that all taste the same but somehow feel different.Eventually, I did find some sewing accessories buried beneath the cookie carnage: a lonely thimble, one safety pin, and what I think was a haunted bobbin. The scissors looked like they were included more out of obligation than usefulness. The whole setup whispered, “Sure, you could sew… but wouldn’t you rather eat?”The basket itself is fantastic, though—sturdy, well-made, and now permanently imbued with the gentle aroma of butter and poor impulse control. Once I cleaned out the crumbs and accepted my fate, I filled it with real sewing supplies from a separate purchase and now feel moderately competent. To recap:🧵 Sewing starter kit? Eh.🍪 Cookie tin masquerading as a sewing basket? Elite.🧺 Actual basket? Adorable and worth it.😋 Butter cookie-to-sewing ratio? 100:1💡 Would I buy it again? Absolutely—next time I’m hungry.---Final verdict: 5 stars, 0 needles, 600 buttery calories.(Review generated by ChatGPT)

The Shocking Truth NOT ONE REVIEWER Has Admitted
80,000+ reviews, and not ONE reviewer here will admit the truth. So I'm just going to come out and say it. Because everyone is thinking it. And if you agree I'm right, I expect you to place your order as soon as you're done reading. So here's the truth.....Yes, these cookies are TASTY. They are rich, sweet, crispy. You can practically smell them just looking at a picture of them. But that's not the only reason you're ordering them, is it? It's not the only reason why we ordered them. So what is it?WE WANT THE TIN.I don't care where in America you were raised, you grew up seeing that classic blue and gold Royal Dansk tin. Your grandma, aunt, or maybe your mom kept her sewing supplies in one. Your dad or your uncle kept spare screws, nails, washers or other stuff in one that didn't quite have a place in a toolbox. Maybe you remember one with spare change. Maybe a place to toss a wallet, keys when we get home. Or maybe it was filled with the "junk" and various items that didn't fit in that ONE DRAWER in the kitchen that was overflowing with random stuff that didn't quite have it's own spot. Batteries, scissors, thread, some tape, that remote control that goes to something you don't even remember anymore (bonus points if you remember the remote missing its back).Don't even pretend you don't know about that "kitchen junk drawer."So when you order some Royal Dansk cookies, of course you get to munch on some tasty treats. But we could buy cookies in a regular container with a wrapper. Yet we want these. Because we want that tin. That tin that will last for years and years. One that will remind of our youth, of our family. Of a tradition that so many of us kept, but none of us ever talked about out loud for some reason. And you can have all that for less than five bucks.Seriously. A 12-ounce tin of these classic cookies is less than five dollars. And here's the crazy part. When the holidays roll around, stores actually sell EMPTY decorative tins for you to gift your homemade cookies or sweets in for the same price. If not more. That's five or six bucks for an empty tin. When you could be getting this classic tin packed with tasty, buttery cookies that take you back in time with every bite. It's almost like a $5 purchase can bring back million-dollar memories. So treat yourself. You've got five bucks. Why put it off, or make excuses? Add a 12 ounce tin of these cookies to your shopping cart. Then check out. Depending on where you live, you'll get it tomorrow, or quite possibly today. Won't even have to waste gas driving to the store. And when you finish off that last delicious cookie, put the tin to good use. Keep the tradition going, starting right now.

Excellent taste. High quality cookies
The cookies were excellent. Most were intact though the very top and bottom layers were broken. But if you are getting a large tin of cookies shipped in the mail and expecting them not be be a bit broken there is something wrong with your reasoning process. I will buy again. Only negative was that it took an extra week to ship these.

These are the only store type cookies I eat!
I only buy and consume these cookies. The reason why is, no chemicals!, only good more natural ingredients are used! These cookies taste great and thanks to the tin they stay fresh for a very long time! I will buy these again and again!!

Great tasting butter cookies. As good as Walkers shortbread without the high $1 per ounce price.
These are a great alternative to expensive Walkers brand shortbread cookies and these are delicate melt in your mouth style cookies. Royal Dansk has been a product I have been buying for decades. Watch out when shopping in stores as China has copied this tin almost exactly and the cookies are no comparison and contain no butter. Royal Dansk should go after these Chinese sellers selling knockoffs. I bought a tin and saw where they were made and went right back in the store for a refund.
