I take 2-3 pills/day and it’s helping me stave off needing glasses. I notice when I run out that my morning vision is much more blurry. Not sure this is doing anything. Also felt a little weird after taking it. I have a very sensitive stomach so maybe it aggravated my stomach. It may work for others.
