Used for Years, Still My Go-To
I’ve bought this around 12 times over the past five years. My daughter is two and a half and I give it to her a few times a week during the winter. She takes it without any issues and I like that it’s in a coconut oil base with no unnecessary extras.I take it too. The dose is low, but I have blood tests fairly often and my vitamin D levels are always solid. I use it as a top up through the colder months. Since it’s a fat-soluble vitamin, we usually take it about half an hour after a meal to help with absorption. The quality has always been consistent, it’s easy to use, and I think the price is very reasonable. One of the few supplements I keep going back to.

Amazing!
My 9 month old baby seems much more calmer ant night and her sleep has improved so much since I started putting it in her bed time bottle.Life changer for very tired parents.

Taste nice, but hardens and you need loads... (and none on empty stomach!)
First try my son (he's 18 months) had it with a slice of toast. Puked it back up almost instantly... Since then we have it with a full meal and it's been fine. Only concerning thing is it's like the iron has hardened in it...? And this happened only after like 2 weeks. It does taste nice, so my son is pretty happy about the large dosage and asks for more each time lol.If you're wondering why he still had it even after it coming back up: Daddy had to have it first / at the same time as him for a few days.Although just like every other supplement, I don't have a home lab so I've no idea how good it is for iron lol - so can't comment on that.

I do not recommend
I had to stop giving this to my baby after a few days due to constipation, it was the only thing that had changed snd after going back to her old drops (the ones from the Bounty pack) she was back to normal after a few days of discontinued use. The dropper also needs to be full due to the watered down liquid so when added to a bottle in my breast milk there was an oily consistency on top of the milk.I would not buy this product again, I understand it has good reviews for many others which was why I got it but I don’t recommend based on my baby’s experience.

Not Impressed – No Noticeable Difference
I got these vitamin drops for my kids hoping they’d provide a little boost, but honestly, I haven’t noticed any difference at all. We’ve been using them consistently, and there’s been no change in energy, immunity, or overall well-being. It feels like we’re just adding an extra step to our routine for nothing. I really don’t see the point of it might as well save the money.
