Not perfect but still decent quality and a good value for the money.
These are nice hinges. While the provided screws ARE attracted to a magnet, the hinges themselves ARE NOT. Frankly, I don't mind brass plated steel screws as they can be a bit stronger than solid brass. Since the hinges are solid brass, and have an attractive brushed finish, I'm satisfied.As reported by others, the included screws have heads which don't sit perfectly flush and could cause interference in some instances. The attached photos show an included screw compared to my own #3 and #4 examples.

The screws are too small
The screws are too small and pull through the holes. You must purchase larger screws.The hinges otherwise are okay.

Better quality than I expected
The quality was better than I expected considering the small size and low price.

not what is in the video and screws don't fit
I tried these because they actually look good. Well, they do look good, the ones that aren't all bent in the bag. The biggest issue is the screw size, they don't fit flush. They protrude so much that my box lid wouldn't close. I tried to counter sink them a little more and they are FAR too thin to do that. They are about half the thickness of the ones in the video. DON"T waist your money on this.

pretty good quality considering the cheap price
These hinges are fairly good quality considering the cheap price. They are nothing fancy but do the job and look nice. The big complaint I have is that they come with number 4 screws which are too large to seat properly in the counter sink. They ride high so the hinge will not close for a flush fit. I had to order number 3 flathead screws to complete my project.

Really solid brass. Bought these twice
I'm using these on a treasures box for my 5 year old grand daughter. I felt the original screws (#2 x 1/2) were not quite sturdy enough for her use. I used a countersink tool, Irwin, 1/4 inch (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IZFHSI4?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) to open up the screw holes a little so I could use aftermarket #4 x 3/4 screws. In doing so, I can see that the hinges are in fact solid brass, not plated, or other monkey business. No problem with the supplied screws, but in poplar, just not enough grab to keep the lid on a 5 year old's treasures box.
