Effective and fast
Very useful! Highly recommend! I used it on my carpet and the water turned black (not grey, really black!!). I did wash this carpet by hands before, but the machine does way more better then I can do with the brush and shampoo. Also, before I was washing 1 carpet in 4 hours of scrub.... with the machine in 15 min and no hard work or hand pain... should have bought it 10 years ago))

Very good.
Really good for deep cleaning carpets in an apartment. Very compact and lighter weight compared to the standard bigger models. Cleans well, however stains should spot treated before hand.

Many deficiencies
I sent the machine so far 3 time for manufacturer deficiencies. All of a sudden the machine gets fault and stops working, either the power button or the brushes stops rotating (x2) not a good choice after all and I don't have time to go to Dubai every time it is not working, as there is no place to fix in Abu Dhabi, rating 2 for the good cleaning only
