The vanilla flavour is quite overpowering.

One of the better proteins according to US ratings I read...it works for me and compared to stuff you can buy in sports shops around Japan...well, anyone who's tried the local wares...you know what i'm talking about!

Shipping took a couple of weeks but is a great protein for a decent price, especially for an isolate. Mixes well and tastes great - no chemical taste.No complaints with the protein but probably won't order through here again though, just because of the shipping time. You can get it for basically the same price through other online stores where it will arrive in Japan in 3-5 days.

Just a FYI, the instructions state: Add 1 level scoop daily to 8oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite juice. Problem is there is no scoop included. When I called they stated they are no longer including the scoop, but a scoop is approx. ⅓ cup. Description about product and packages are being relabeled, unfortunately mine was not. I will say although I wasn't sure how much to add and obviously was not adding enough, it blended great, without clumps and tasted good too.

I've bought several containers of the melted chocolate flavor and they were pretty good. Not too sweet or chalky and had a low amount of calories with no extra junk. However I decided to switch it up to the vanilla and I am NOT a fan. It reminds me of fake marshmallow flavor so I will be switching back to chocolate after I choke this down! Otherwise I really like this protein for the value.
