I'm so glad I ordered this product! For someone who frequents running half marathons and a full marathon every other month, releasing stress is a must! 25 modes that empower you with the choice of relaxation is amazing. Purchased a second one as a gift for my mom, when your parents are getting old, don't forget to take care of their health. 10/10 recommended for purchase.

Before purchasing this product, I had a couple different rubber mat foot massagers. Although they worked well early on, they would eventually lose effectiveness after a few weeks or so. This EMS massager is amazing. With the many massage options and intensities, the combinations are endless. Due to a herniated disc suffered many years ago, I have a slight numbness in my left foot and toes. 5 minutes with this device and circulation is completely restored and feet feel great. This was a great investment.

1. My husband has diabetic neuropathy. He was looking for a device that would actually vibrate and massage the tissues of his feet. Use of the word vibrate was in the ad, so he bought it.2. This is an electronic device that puts differing amounts of electrical stimulation into the tissues of your feet when placed on it.3. The "programs" with weird names that have no meaning to an American range in type from differing patters of bursts of energy that causes muscles in your feet to twitch or contract. There are also some pads you can place elsewhere on your body (I have not used these yet)4. The little window that supposedly shows the wave form of the electronic stimulation is a simple window that lights up and flashes. My husband has electronic devices for measuring electricity that he uses on the house wiring, so I know what the real thing looks like. This is only there for "entertainment"?5. There is a list of different intensities. I have only used up to level 3 so far. The different patterns (one program lets you run through them all) do not seem to match what the program number says it is (like I wanted to have a whole session that seemed to be contracting the muscles in my ankles, but it did not seem to make a difference when I selected that number for a complete session.My conclusion: This device does transmit electronic impulses into your feet. Whether it has a healing effect or not, I cannot state. (I do not have neuropathy, just tired old feet). I repeat myself - know what you are looking for before you buy any device for your feet.

This product is great for the price, I have had it for quite a while now and is still working good. I would definitely recommend it.

Every person should have this item in their home, from the first use you will notice the difference due to the relaxation you feel in your body, I recommend it 100%.

The TENS pads on stopped sticking so I contacted customer service about some replacements. The replied back very quickly with the link to order replacements. I am very happy with the customer service I receive on this product.
