Works well, specs are better than listed, so far great support
Works as expected. the 5 in 1 doesnt have a PD usb charging port (which is clear in the photos and description, just saw some reviews complaining). I was looking for slim with ethernet and HDMI. this is definitely slim. The HDMI output is 4k/60hz despite saying 30 in the description. And it works at that frequency (not just mislabeled on the unit).Great sign from support. Followed up with a helpful message. Might be slight abuse of the messaging system (it scared me because it was listed as "there's a problem with your order), but the seller sent me a message afterward to check if everything was fine and they could help. Really appreciated. A great sign of support. If amazon hadn't phrased the messaging system as a "problem" (which is likely their only option to send you a message) it would have been perfect to be checked up on.Message: "Message from seller CableCreation: Hi, Thank you for shopping with us. Excellent - I've bought three!
Just recently ordered my third of these. They're a fantastic value at under fifty bucks, and provide all the ports you could need. My biggest gripe with the Macbook Air series from recent years is having only two ports. This adapter is great for adding some USB devices alongside power, and keeping a port free for something high-bandwidth like a USBC-DisplayPort adapter. (Note the HDMI plug on this does work great too, but on certain specific MacBook models they can only do 30hz at 4k via HDMI, but can do 60hz via displayport adapter - fault there is with the older MacBook, not this adapter.)

Requires 45W USB-C Power Input to work!
Purchased a 65W separately, and it does great for charging my laptop. Without at least 45W plugged in, the dock does not function at all, not even USB passthrough/hub functions. Does run a little warm, and I'm running RJ45, and 1 HDMI out and nothing else. Great value for the money. Just remember the charger too!

Mostly works with the OnePlus 8T, but charges slowly and doesn't reach gigabit speeds
I tested with two devices; my OnePlus 8T and my custom-built Windows 10 desktop. Works without issue on the desktop, but not 100% with the phone. The ethernet, HDMI, USB ports, and PD port all worked. However, with the OnePlus 8T, the PD (charging passthrough) did not function ideally, it only charges the phone at around 100mA (42% to 78% over 9 hours). Although, looking into other adapters, this seems like a common problem with these sorta hubs with most Android phones.I confirmed on the Windows PC that I get full gigabit speeds through this adapter. But my phone seems to negotiate only USB 2.0 for the ethernet port and thus peaks at ~250Mbps, this seems to either be an issue with this hub or my phone. I have a TP-link USB 3 ethernet adapter that I can even plug into the USB-A port on this hub and it gets full gigabit speed on the phone.Details:This hub uses the ASIX AX88179 ethernet chipset.Phone: Oneplus 8T - Android 11 - Oxygen OS 11 - Model KB2005Desktop: Windows 10 21H1 - Ryzen 3700X, 64GB DDR4 3200, ASRock X570 TaichiSpeed tests done with a locally self-hosted HTML5 speed test named LibreSpeed through Chrome on both devices.

Lasted about a year
Lasted about a year. Worked well when it did, but it did run pretty hot.Now it disconnects every minute or so, causing screens to reset, so I can no longer use it. At the price and the longevity, I cannot recommend the product.

Working great with Dell latitude 3540
My wife uses one of these as her docking hub for her Dell Latitude 3540 laptop. She's driving video, mouse, keyboard, power and wired 1gb LAN through this device. For the power we did get a large 130 watt power supply so the laptop indicates it has full power through the hub's connection.

Great quality, finally a product that works perfectly
I had a cheap dongle before I decided to upgrade to this one. What a difference! You will not be disappointed, buy with confidence! Multiple ports, compact, and easy to connect.

Works fine with Surface 8
Bought for use with a new surface 8. I'd have been a lot happier of the surface 8 came with the same USB and video connectors that came part of earlier surface tablets (not to mention the loss of the micro sd slot that was in earlier surface tablets, but that's my bad for not reading the fine print on them). But given this adds back video out sd support, it was a welcome add-on.
