This makes up for everything the Pro is missing. It is plug and play straight out of the box - plug it in and then you can plug in up to 2 USB devices at the same time along with an SD card and a Micro SD card at the same time!Very good investment and has saved me lots of hassle and a USB port! So far with a few weeks use, I haven’t noticed any issues or had any complaints with it. It’s worked every time.It is made from a metal body and does have a nice weight to it. It’s not a cheaply made, flimsy plastic hub. This one does have a bit of style about it.

This multifunctional device works really well. It allows me to connect to large screen TV’s via HDMI at work for presentations when simpler HDMI only adaptors would not. A success! The only downside is that it does get hot when in use not excessively so but it’s very warm to the touch when disconnecting. However I’d definitely buy it again.

Received it and never worked on the first day, I bought it based on the large positive reviews. I want to share a a way to figure out at 100% how to spot crap products: (1) Go to the reviews (2) Select the worst, Those with 1 start (3) Read the negative comments -- You are sure at 100% that you will encounter at least one of the same problem especially those that don't work shortly after trying them out. Since I often buy at Amazon I could verify this for all electronic products I bought. I never hesitate to request a refund, that's the only way to force the manufacturers to implement an efficient and serious quality control, money is the only arbiter.It's advertised 100W for the power but it's impossible for a passive device of this size to handle such power, it would heat and burn.

Very Compact keeping all connections tidy.

Connected to a new Windows 11 laptop that only had USB C ports so allowing me to connect all of my old peripheral devices through one hub and the added bonus of an Ethernet Port.Compatible with the new laptop just plug n play.Not able to comment on durability as I have only been using it for a few weeks. Doesn't seem to be running hot even when connecting and using more then one device.Well designed and looks good sitting next to my laptop. A recommended purchase.
