Extremely good phone with good specs for the price

I bought this phone renewed. I had a very minor defect, but overall excellent shape. It’s an amazing phone. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a simple android system.

It's obviously a refurbished phone. I bought it for a Christmas present for a friend that lived out the US. The phone of course has issues. Battery doesn't hold a charge very long and only one camera works. I reached out to Amaozon but they didn't help. This was a gift for my friend in Africa. If course I wss told that the time had expired. So basically no help !!!!!!

I've had this product for about three years now. I like the functionality of the phone, the fact that it's tall, and the way it feels in my hand. The cameras do this automatic touch-up thing that slightly alters the colors of the picture/video that I don't really like, but it does enhance the photo, so I guess it's not the worst thing ever. Great storage space, average battery capacity, fantastic sound quality. Having this phone for a few years, I can tell you that the phone does get slightly dimmer over time, so you'll have to up the brightness more and more as time goes on. I bought used, and there were no scratches on it, not that it was something I was too worried about.

The phone came with a small scratch on the back, but that wasn't much of an issue for me as I intended to put a case on it. Other than that the phone worked great.

It’s a bargain, there is definitely not a better phone for the price out there, it is still up to date with very good camera and processor

I purchased this refurbished phone to use as an emergency backup. Initially, it arrived in great condition, and I only used it sparingly—probably four times since I bought it, each time for about 30 minutes, and installed just three essential apps. It was mostly kept in a dry, cool drawer under air conditioning in my office.Imagine my shock when I discovered today that the battery had completely blown up, pushing the screen to the point of no return. This catastrophic failure can only be attributed to the use of cheap replacement parts in refurbished products.I was forced to throw away over $300 due to this issue, and unfortunately, the seller showed no interest in resolving the problem.**Buyer beware**: despite barely using the product, it turned into garbage, and the seller's indifference only adds to the frustration. Spend your money elsewhere.
