Great value
The media could not be loaded. These wheels are way better than you, i, or anyone else would have thought, especially those name-brand snobs that only buy excell/did and hate on kke because they don't understand how money works. Kke makes a good strong wheel that's just a bit heavier than some top brands, but nothing noticeable when riding for 99% of us. Like someone mentioned, the bearings are garbage, just swap em out before you ever mount these wheels. The price is unbeatable considering you could buy 3 sets of kke's for the price of 1 ecxell/smpro set that would provide the exact same ride quality, durability, and even the looks are almost up to par. I notice 0% difference from the excells these replaced.I try not to buy cheap parts unless I'm fairly confident it won't make a difference, kke wheels were a gamble that paid off. Pistons, carbs, suspension and brakes are places to never cheap out, but levers, pegs, rotor guards, and now wheels, are good opportunities to spend less while getting the same result. They're better than you think. I know, but it's true

Great wheel set - Cheap bearings
Put these on 2017 KTM 150 XCW that we race. Ran 4 races all mostly dry. Checking bike for next race and noticed spacers spinning - found bearings front and back rusted tight. Yes I pressure wash, and no I don’t spray directly into bearings. We’ve been riding 40 years and I do go thru bearings but we will typically get a year on a set.The wheels are a great value. After 4 races only a couple spokes loosened up. The gauge of spokes and wheels looks great and we’ve definitely tested rock impacts and no flat spots or dents yet.

Surprisingly strong for the price tag
I didn't buy these wheels myself, they were on the bike when I got it. However I am completely surprised as to how strong they are. I was afraid of having off brand wheels, but I can tell you I would trust KKE wheels hands down.I rode in a sprint Enduro the other day, hitting logs, boulders/rocks, roots, you name it, no bent wheels, no cracked hubs, no issues. The only thing is the threads on the rotor bolts are a little soft, I had to helicoil one of them. But for $450 per set, what can you ask for? If your on the fence about these wheels, just buy it, they look good, and are half the price of name brand wheels.
