WOW!!
I wish I had a phot before writing this, but I will put one up soon. I used these to add lighting to my power wheelchair. I think I messed up on my order, because one reel did not have adhesive. T-Rex superglue tape to the rescue.I digress. These things are vibrant, bright, and worked flawlessly for my wheelchair lighting project.Beware, wrong polarity, or over voltage will destroy them. That said, it usually just fries the first 1 or 2 in line, but if you are using specific lengths in you code, you either scrap the strip, or scrap your code. The strip is easier, but the rest of them are still good for other uses.My bone head accidentally hit them with 24v, because I wasn't paying attention. I think the most was 3 pixels lost.I really only have 1 problem with these... That I hadn't found them sooner. The price is astonishing to me. When I started my project 3 years ago, the LED's were the barrier, because of cost (fixed income) Then I found these. I'll be buying more for sure. I have a few plans for christmas.Oh, they are BRIGHT at 100% easily seen from a quarter mile, depending on color. I had to lower the intensity of my turn signals (Yellow) because I was lighting up the street like a public services truck. This was only with 50 pixels total, and they cycle, so they are never on all at the same time. Like I said, BRIGHT.

works well with Arduino and stand-alone
I've cut these up and soldered them into Arduino projects, and they work great. Very bright, and the LEDs are very dense at 144 LEDs per string. They also include a controller for using them as-is, and you just need to supply 5v. If the price remains good, I will likely purchase them again.

Nice product that works well
Works great and has many different programed displays. Easy to use and works well with a remote controller (sold seperatly.

Works great for a light saber
I bought these to make a pixel blade for my son. I have never done this before and was a little worried about spending a lot of money on the recommend LED strips. These were inexpensive and worked beautifully. There were no dead LED's and it all went together fine. My son has been using his blade for a while now and we haven't had any issues. If you are buying them to make a pixel blade for a light saber you should be aware that there is a small gap in the strips. Most videos talk about this and how to cut and re-solder it to remove the gap. My soldering skills aren't the greatest so I left it. I don't think it's noticeable. My son hasn't complained so I am happy.

These puppies are awesome!
Good light output, easy to program with a separate controller. Vivid color. Most definitely buying more

Mostly good
They work great, and as expected. Was disappointed to see that both strips I bought had a solder connection about 3/4 of the way down the strip. This normally isn't an issue on these LED strips, but with this density it made for an unsightly gap. I didn't need to whole strip so I was able to cut that section out but it would have bothered me if I needed all the LEDs to be evenly spaced as expected

Lights were dead on arrival
Item dead on arrival; would not power up. Avoid this brand.

Bright, Easy, and Cheap - Couldn't be happier!
I bought a couple of these to try to use them in a lightsaber install I was working on. The LED strips are placed back to back and installed in the blade so that they light up in series, giving the effect of an extending and retracting blade, and can handle any rgb color combo I throw at it easily. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. For the price, it is way cheaper than a lot of the other options for saber blades out there, and still work perfectly. I will be buying these again for future installs.
