The product does works well and is able to connect with the AC's functions. The one where I am having challenge is controlling the swing with the remote.

Misleading - does NOT have a backlight.
Beware: The remote does not have a backlight, despite being advertised as such. I received two remotes, both without backlighting. This seller is misleading customers by advertising a feature the product lacks and charging a higher price compared to non-backlit models.If you need a backlit remote, do not purchase from this listing. If you don't require backlighting, buy from other sellers offering the remote at a lower price without falsely advertising the feature.In short, this listing is deceptive, and I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

Worked with my Old Panasonic AC, and was delivered fast.

AC Remote quality not the greatest
Initially was given a defective peace but returned it and got the replacement within 1 day. Delivery was quick but the quality of buttons are bad, key will be struck at times and needs to be positioned back.
