This little book is extremely full of information for personal trainers, physical therapist or college fitness student. So worth the money although I did find a used copy. 😊

The book is easy to read and understand.

Great book, a little smaller than the last edition. As with any small paperback textbook, it's hard to open without bending the cover, and it never stays open anyway. I brought my copy to my local Kinko's to have it cut and spiral bound and covered for about $6. It's way easier to leaf through and set down without losing the page. Definitely recommended.

Edit: I contacted amazon and explained what happened and how I wasn't happy and they are giving me a full refund. Amazon consumer service is amazing and I am so glad that they are able to do this. Star increase because of them.I thought that this book was a spiral version but I learned that it wasn't. I ended up getting it cut and made into a spiral book and now I can't even see all the words. Not happy at all and I wish I could return the book for a refund or to get the version that I truly wanted but it is probably too late now.

Packs so much information about exercise guidelines and much more! This is an essential tool for any personal trainer or yogi instructor! Every fitness professional should have this in their toolbox!

Been using it for almost all my upper level classes!

Great quality paperback book. It's made with heavyweight paper. It's the perfect size to carry around.My only complaint is that the bottom right corner on the cover is already starting to split, but I still give it 5 stars because that's normal with paperbacks.
