CRUMBS INSTEAD OF COOKIES
It was very disappointing to receive a very large order of these cookie/biscuits. When I opened the box and saw that there was no packing, just my large order of many packages of these cookies thrown in a box, I was very disappointed. Then when I picked up the packages and realized that each package sounded like a million broken pieces, I was even more discouraged. This was inexcusable....not even possible to eat. I received bags full of crumbs. What a total rip off...will be complaining and seeking a refund.

Crunchy, with an aftertaste
Not quite the Sunshine cookies from years gone by. It's somewhat edible with a drink, but no so much by itself.

NOTE: Crispy - not Chewy
I was disappointed when I received these biscuits as I thought they'd be chewy. Well, turns our they are crispy and very bland tasting. Will be good at tea time but won't win you over with your grandkids!

Raisin Animal Crackers!
LIke everyone else, I was looking for something to replace the Sunshine Raisin Bars of my youth, came to Amazon and found these. These are definitely not it, but they are VERY reasonably priced and come in an 8-package size only, so they'll probably last me forever. The crackers reminded me of nothing so much as animal crackers with raisin puree unevenly distributed in them. The cracker part is so unsweet that most of the sweetness has to come from the raisin. The raisin isn't soft or what I'd call a "filling," more chewy, but it does taste pretty good. Though the calories are low, the cracker has quite a bit of fat in it, producing a tenderness that's probably a tradeoff for sweetness. SInce the plastic bag-and tray packaging wasn't very protective, many of the crackers were broken in half or a little smaller. It's a long way from Singapore, where they are made! These would be good with tea or wine, a great little snack for people who don't want a lot of sweetness. For the price, they're good and a good value. Still looking for those Raisin Bars....

My favorite!
I love these cookies! They are just perfect with a cup of tea or coffee; crisp, not too sweet, low in calories, yet packed with raisins. I do wish Amazon would do a better job shipping them though! Since the cookies come only in a cellophane wrapper, many of them are broken when they arrive.

Too much oil in this product
Dear Amazon.com:It has double the fat that Crawford,s have & I can't find an expiration date.I received it today & want to return it for that reason. I will keep the Crawford's because of the lower fat, but the Crawford's expiration date is just aroun the corner Sept 2013. My doctor won't allow this1I just opened the box today & have not touched the sealed package of The Khong Guan. How do I go about returning this item?Yours very truly,Paul Sackett

Amazon Packing/Shipping Ruins Product
These were shipped to me in a box with absolutely no padding - what I got were packages of crumbs, dust and powder. Not the fault of the product, but of Amazon - so just don't purchase them here! ALSO, there is no recourse after you receive this item damaged and unusable, there is no return/no refund on these food items.

Three Stars
They're pretty good, but I like the Garibaldi biscuits better. There is more fruit in Garibaldi.
