previous models of this bathing chair were difficult. Most times it threw you off before you reached the height needed to get out of bath. This model seems much sturdier and better balanced.nnEasy to lower and lift into and out of the bath. Much safer!

My wife has had recent surgery and is quite unable to get into or out of the bath on her own or even with help. This product is excellent so far. We have not found the battery to be weak as some reviewers have stated. I can understand the high price. This is a high quality product of considerable complexity.

The product is good, but the pump after quite a few uses when an invalid is having baths, the pump then does not build up pressure in the pump, to be able to use it to put an invalid into the bath or take them out again.This is the second one that I have had, and I am sorry to say that the pump will not charge up. A bottom RED light comes on, and then the GREEN light above the RED one comes on, but after this, no more GREEN lights come on.When first charging the pump, when it was new, it started with one GREEN Light at the bottom, and then gradually built up to 4 GREEN lights, and then it was ready to use, but now all I get is one RED light at the bottom, and a flashing GREEN Light just above it.

Bit of a palaver to get the proper UK adapter on. Had to use the up/down buttons on the compressor because the handset didn't work. Compressor was too low down on the floor so had to go and get something to stand it on so I could reach it. Enjoyed the bath, but hopefully I'll figure out how to get the handset to work. Handset broke after second use and the compressor constantly needs charging. Awkward to really get out of the bath after bathing. Wouldn't buy again. Had this since March and now the compressor won't charge, been on charge for 8 hrs and first bar s still on red.

Excellent product, easy to use, fast delivery, you must make sure the person is sat on pillow correctly or when deflated the person may slide off once in water. Try not to use too much soapy products as this makes the pillow slippery too.

The product, when it works, works well and the safety feature -don't deflate if the battery can't reflate - works fine. BUT the battery does not do 20 inflates or deflates as promised. It lasts just a single "get in and get out" and then needs a full recharge. So don't believe any propaganda about battery life. We know after just a fortnight that we have to pay that price to get any of the good features. Supplier beware or you may get a load sent back to you!!

It's wonderful to gradually sink into the warm bubbles and luxuriate.It gives a new meaning to a ducking stool!! I'd recommend anyone with problem knees to invest in one. It's also easy to remove from the bath so others can use the tub as normal.

We bought this because we didn't want to replace a corner bath. No other device was available which didn't require expensive and permanent work. The cushion is not ideal for our particular bath and can tip the user sideways if you are not very careful so it is very important that it is positioned correctly before use, to sit squarely on the cushion when inflating and deflating and to have help at hand if you need it. However, it has been in use now for several weeks and it is wonderful to have put an end to the struggle we have had previously getting in and out of the bath
