Useful item
I work in retail and use this for delivery processing. I get my boxes and plastic wrappers open much faster than just using my hands. It’s durable and easy to use and I thought the price was good. I keep it in my pocket during my shift, it’s fairly long but my uniform jacket has deep pockets.

Good but small annoyance
Knife is durable and sharp and I especially like the blade on the back of the knife to easily pierce and open boxes. However over time the main blade under the hook gets so much tape and bits of cardboard stuck under it and makes it much less effective at cutting. Not a big deal as you just need to pull the bits out again but other than that good tool.

The media could not be loaded. nice sharp blade, goes through paper like butter and does a good job with boxes too. its weakness is tape but even with the stickiness it works fairly well. its only a bit of plastic but it get the job done well and safely

Cheap and useful
Very cheap and does as advertised. Very useful if you are a repeating amazon or delivery consumer.Just remember, don't pulling the piercer and cutter towards you on the box, otherwise it might jolt out and and you stav yourself with the pointy bit of the tool.

It's a bit annoying, especially when you're dealing with a bunch of packages. The blade is sharp, and I like the design for a comfortable grip. But those occasional hiccups in performance? Not ideal. If you're just doing basic stuff, it's okay, but there might be better options worth checking out.
