Works like a dream
I bought this after reading the positive reviews. I was about to give this one star as it didn’t work at first - but then I realised I had put dead batteries in. As soon as I put new batteries in and clipped the cover on, the remote worked immediately - no setup required. I’ve tested all the buttons and they work well, even the Disney button works, contrary to the other reviews. Brilliant purchase.

Great produxt
Not much to say other than it just doesn’t work…. Is what I thought after I placed 2 sets of new batteries into the remote and it didn’t work. So I wrote a negative review and the seller offered to re imburse me. It turns out that my kids had replaced their toy radio batteries and put ALL the empty batteries neatly into the new battery boxes!!! It took m a while until I became suspicious and found out about it…

Doesn’t last long
The stress this product has caused me. Hasn’t lasted long and locked me out of my tv with no access with any other remotes. May be isolated, but essentially product was faulty.

Works great, except for Disney button
Remote was a replacement for the original Samsung Smart Remote. It worked straight of the box. It is much lighter than the original so less sure on longevity, but it does the job and for the price, can’t really grumble.It is a shame about the Disney button not working, as that is a quality-of-life feature we were looking forward to using, but we can make do without it.Overall, good enough for the price, just disappointing that the Disney+ button doesn’t do anything.

Nice Replacement
Handset is well made and feels like an original. TV seems to react even quicker to this one.I haven’t had the issue with stiff buttons others have mentioned, but the Disney button fails to work as other reviews stated, so I dropped a star for that. Not much of a problem as the original never had that option, but I guess if it’s there it should work.
