Two for him, two for her.
The size is perfect, and their rather comfortable with the included grips. Without the included grips, they are rather uncomfortable, so unless you already have calluses on your hands, be weary on using them without the grips. The value is great though, as it came with the two lower weights for her, and the two heavier ones for me. We use them in the office, and their easy to use. Have increased our hand strength accordingly.

Great product
I love this set of hand grip. I have been progressing in strength since I started using them. Great for strengthening hands, wrists, and forearms. I have only been using them for about 3 weeks and already notice a difference.

Decent quality and value for money. Foam handles smell REAL bad!
Good value for money. The quality is good. No idea if the lbs are accurate, but the 4 grips are increasingly harder. Only negative are the foam grips, which are a bit too squishy, and stink. They leave your hands smelling VERY chemical, and you need to wash your hands thoroughly after use. I'm sure they are very toxic.

Cousin is doing pole vaulting for track. They claimed using these regularly is improving their grip. They seem happy.

Netflix and workout!
The perfect thing to keep by the couch.Anytime I'm watching TV I can get in a good grip/forearm workout rather than just sitting there.They're well made, but definitely need the grips they come with.

Kinda, sorta ok
First off- they each come with soft rubber grips, that are not installed, and this will be your first test of hand strength. I'm no marketing genius, but why not factory install them, then if the customer doesn't want them covering the steel grips, with a knife, scissors, or razor blade they can easily remove them. Secondly- yes you get six grips, but the highest two are pretty much useless (250# & 300#). If you achieve those you may qualify for some kind of record. Just sayin' factor in four useable grips for the price.
