I’ve been using this Eufy smart door lock for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment I took it out of the box, the quality stood out. The finish looks sleek and modern, it adds a really clean, premium look to the door. It feels solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy like some other smart locks out there.Installation was straightforward. The instructions were clear, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes with just a screwdriver. I didn’t run into any surprises, which I appreciated.The fingerprint sensor is one of the standout features. It’s fast and accurate. I’ve tested it dozens of times and it unlocks almost instantly with just a light touch. No lag, no failed attempts. It just works, even when my hands are a little sweaty or damp.Battery life so far has been excellent. I haven’t needed to charge it yet, and the app still shows a strong battery level after regular daily use. I also love the app. It’s clean, easy to navigate, and packed with features. I can add or remove users, see a full lock history, and get notifications instantly when someone unlocks the door. Remote access works flawlessly too.Overall, this lock checks every box: great design, long battery life, smooth installation, fast and reliable fingerprint recognition, and a fantastic app experience. I purchased this smart lock after returning a different brand. This was recommended as no. 1 or 2 in a list provided at the end of a yourube video about preparing for a health crisis for people who live alone. Being able to unlock the door remotely(upstairs by your phone) for paramedics' quick access is a really essential.I was so disgusted with the first one I purchased. Setup and programming was ridiculously complicated. I couldn't even figure out which app to download. Removed it and tossed it oIn the box to return.This one came a few hours later (same day) and I installed it myself in 15 minutes, just like the manufacture promised. I pulled up a youtube video and it went exactly as it was supposed to.The app functions well and was simple to install and pair. What a nice sound, hearing the deadbolt latch on demand from another room.Highly recommend.

This lock was easy to install and set up with our Google Home. It works well. It locks automatically after 30 seconds. It unlocks and opens easily with our fingerprints, so we never need to enter the numeric code. The batteries have lasted for well over 6 months and they're still going strong. That's one fewer key I need to carry. I can also ask my Google Home devices if my door is locked, so I don't need to go to the door to check.

I have had this lock since December of last year. Currently in July, it is still working without having changed batteries or having any problems at any point during its time on my door. It is made out of metal which makes it feel durable and well made, and the finger print sensor works well as long as your finger isn’t wet. The phone integration is incredibly useful, as I can ensure my door is locked from anywhere and make schedules for ease of mind. It was also no more difficult to set up than a normal lock and gave no problems connecting to my phone. It is also extremely nice to have the ability to use a key in the event that the technology stops working. The only problems I have with this product are the fact that it gets very hot if the sun is hitting it (although this doesn’t impact its performance) and the touch screen has no physical impressions of the numbers so you need to see them to hit them correctly. Overall, this product is a great value and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheaper smart lock.

Great price for a solid well designed product.I looked at a number of locks like this one, but none matched the features, price and quality I wanted. This is my first Eufy product and so far so good. High quality and a pretty easy install and setup.Make sure this will fit properly in your door. See the measurements provided by the company.The app is really pretty easy to use and I love the auto locking feature and the ability to temporarily assign a code to the person that takes care of our cats while we are away. It keeps a log of all the ins and outs and it also had alerts that let you know if the lock is being used. I need to take the time to fix the weather stripping our door so it closes completely, because sometimes the lock can't lock because the door is not fully closed. That is the fault of the door, not the lock and the cool thing is that the app tells me when it tries to automatically lock and failed.The only negative I have seen is that on a rare occassion, the lock seems to glitch when I go to lock it when leaving the house. I just wait a beat and then put my thumb on it again and it works great.The lock looks great and seems to be well built. We use it with Alexa as well and it was easy to integrate into the Alexa app.Fingerprint recognition is the same as what you do on the phone and it has never failed for any of us.We no longer have to worry about making keys or losing them, but it does come with a key in case there is an electical issue of some kind.I am really happy with this purchase from a price to quality and features perspective and highly recommend it.
