Great for Craft or Cooking.
Katy Sue Design Mats can be used for cooking or for craft (but make sure you keep them separate once you have used it for craft). I use mine with air dry clay.Roll a thin layer of clay (about 3 mm) and then gently press the mat into the clay, for deeper impressions you may need to increase the width of your clay to 5mm.The end result of the wood grain is very realistic and I can then dry brush pain or other pigments on the top.

Very effective
Easy to use and creates a realistic wood grain effect. Uses to make a dog kennel birthday cake for my daughter. Needed cleaning after every 2-3 rolls to keep producing a crisp impression, this was easy to do. Definitely recommended.

Brilliant effect
I'm not a cake maker but really wanted to make a barrel cake for hubbie as only needed a small one as not allowed visitors then. This was perfect for the wood effect on the sides and very easy to use

Brilliant
As usual Katy sue never let's me down. Brilliant mould, I printed onto icing and then sliced it to make a picket fence around my cake. So much quicker than faffing around trying to free hand it!

Loved this impression mat! Very easy to use and left perfect effective impressions. Great size for cupcakes, but probably wouldn’t be easy to use for larger areas.

Not good value for money.
Its very thin. Couple of mm. Was hoping it would be maybe 3 or 4mm. or even thicker. I wouldn't have ordered it had I known. Not good value for money.

Its so simple to use and good value
I used it to make a shed for a cake that i was making for my dads birthday it was easy to use and clean a child would be able to use it its that easy given 5 stars and the cake looked amazing

Die Silikonform entspricht der Beschreibung und war für meine Zwecke optimal. Die Holzstruktur ist super. Ich habe mit Schokolade und Fondant gearbeitet und konnte beides sehr gut aus der Form lösen. Schade ist, dass die Länge der "Bretter" begrenzt ist. Auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert.
