This Hub has it all! The hub features a solid case with RJ 45 jack (ethernet), USB, HDMI, VGA, SD, Micro SD and more. The new Surface Pro 11 Snapdragon X and Elite is finicky when paired with a Type C USB hub, after two others failed to connect or did not allow it to recognize the RJ45 port, I was not hopefully with this one. However, it exceeded my expectations and works! This dock/hub provides full port usage in a nice form factor. The cable is long enough to not hang on the port but short enough to not be in the way. It was a simple plug and play and within seconds the devices recognized it, not drivers to install or software to download. Utilizing a Type C thunderbolt charging block it told me when the one being used was underpower when connecting the device, usb and HDMI while charging. This was good to know, it DOES Not come with its own power brick which would have been great to get a PD 100W or 65W charger included, but for the price of under 30 dollars this isn’t expected. Compared to the Surface Hub it works much better and there appear to be NO random disconnects for this hub, like others.I tested it for compatibility to worked with the MBP (intel), IPAD, Android Phone, M3 MacBook, Surface Book 2, One X Player 2 (Ryzen APU), Surface Pro 11 and a few others and all devices functioned as required with it. It just works, this is the one to purchase Good on Acer for this HUB.

The quality of this product and functionality will exceed most expectations i think. It did for me and the business I use it for. Love the fact it's metal but not heavy with seamless tight construction! Charge through is amazing in comparison to other units that cost more from my experience. Coming with a little silicone cover to keep things dust free is CLUTCH

I did have a problem with the original unit. Customer service was great to work with and the unit was promptly replaced and is operating as it should.

It's an extensively useful for practically all USB's or C tyles that we too frequently use// After I bought Acer brand I am all set to use any kind of USB

The hub does everything advertised. I bought it to consolidate all the wires coming into my laptop when I use it as a desktop. I have an ethernet cable, 2 USB cables for keyboard and mouse, and an HDMI cable for the monitor. When plugged in, everything worked but the monitor. I called customer support for help. They were very responsive and determined that my laptop was not equipped for video through the USB C port. If you plan to do video through this hub, make sure your laptop will support it. Overall, I was very impressed with this product and the customer support and would highly recommend it.

I've been using this for a few months now...approximately 4-5 days per week. I have to say I'm disappointed. It randomly just doesn't work and has to be unplugged and re-plugged in. (I already unplug it daily and plug it in the morning for my needs so what I mean is that I have to unplug and re-plug it back in sometimes several more times during the day to get it to work. If I print something on my label printer, the added monitor screen shows disturbances while the printer is printing. Randomly throughout the day, my external monitor will just go "snowy" with red, green blue lines....generally this require unplugging and plugging in again. It works okay, but I had expected more from Acer. I guess I should have looked for something better.
