My favorite garlic chili oil was discontinued and I have been searching for a bit for a replacement that is either as good or better than the one I had been buying (Mike's Hot Oil brand, the cunchy garlic chili one). After trying 5 or so top rated ones, this one will definitely be my new go to! Not only is there a good amount of garlic, there's decent spice and flavor to where you don't purely taste oil or fillers like other companies do. I traditionally make a dipping sauce with this chili oil, some white sugar, rice vinegar and soy sauce, and it seems to be excellent quality chili oil! What I also like about it is there's a great oil to chili crisp level, where some brands just fill up on oil and less chili crisp, this one seems to have a great balance. Since my favorite brand seems to be no more, I will not be buying else besides this going forward!

With no seal, I am concerned if it has been tampered with or something got into it. All chili jars from other brands require a tool to pop them but this one, a child can open it. Not sure of safety, cannot return so in view of my health safety, I am going to trash this thing and never get them again!

I absolutely love this chili crisp. After seeing the tick tock trend of heavy cream eggs and chili oil, I have been obsessed. This brand is absolutely delicious. I tried another local brand and it had no flavor compared to this one.

I bought two different chili crunch oils to use on Ramen. The first I bought was "S&B Chili Oil with Crunchy Garlic, 3.9 Ounce." The crunch was good, but very mild. The flavor that really came out for me was salt. But, I like salt so it didn't really bother me. The crunch bits were good, but it just seemed bland without some spice. So, next I bought this "Fusion Select Chili Crisp Oil." The first major difference I noticed was that it was a bit spicier than mild, more like a mild+. I don't mind a little spice so I liked it. The crunch was fine, even though I'm not sure what the little crunchy balls are. I ended up combining the rest of the other jar with this one and it was better mixed together than both on their own. At least this jar is more realistic with the serving size of 2 TB, giving you 5 servings per jar. I probably used just under that on my bowl of ramen. I'm sure I'll buy this again when I run out.

This stuff is awesome. Once you start using it, you think of other things to put it on. I have used it in my stir fry, on my ramen noodles in my Pho. I think it would be great on Cheerios!
