Works as intended!!!
Came packaged well. Needed a key box for delivery drivers. You can mount it with shackle or directly to the wall, without the use of shackle. I only use a code and not a finger print so cannot speak to that feature. Installation was easy and straight forward. App is, in my opinion, a necessity. It makes so easy to setup a code or add fingerprints. One thing that you need to be aware, if you going to rely on the keypad, is that it is invisible until activated. Tapping the screen doesn't active it, you need to press your finger on it for a little bit until it illuminates and then put the code in. So far month of use, in a rainy PNW, and it works great. Will report if it doesn't last.

When it works, it’s awesome!
The lock is great- holds a few keys and the app is easy to use.A few times the lock pad just didn’t work. We were able to use the key to open it and haven’t had issues since, but are worried that will happen more often as the lock ages.

ACCOUNT CLOSED AND LOCKED OUT WITH A F'N FINGER FROM TTLOCK
Steaming pile of crap. Had this lock for 8 months and I am locked out. The app won't accept my credentials (I use a password mgr). I can't reset my password because it seems my account has been closed after I set up the lock. I can't open with a finger print. I can't open with the PIN. The RFID card works. I can't set the lock up to a new account but what's the point if the account gets closed quickly and I am locked out. I can't even get a help email from the app unless I can successfully log in. In short this is a lobster trap for your wallet. Great concept and I really wanted this to work but it's a steaming pile. Amazon's "support" is a joke

I am sending it back
I wanted to use it for my team to have a spare key to the office… It does not hold its charge so you need to rely on batteries. I probably got a lemon but now I’m thinking I should keep things simple…

Great Solution For Us!
The lock box provided a great solution for us! We had too many keys out so after rekeying doors, we needed a way to allow access with assigning a key. This lockbox provides it all: permanent, temporary and one-time codes, attachment to an exterior door, and access reports. It was also very easy to set up!

Perfect for SubContractors!
I have a large laundromat construction project going and there are tons of trades that want to start work at 5 am or 6 am. I am NOT going to be there at that time to let them in. Solution this smart lockbox. It has worked flawlessly for the past 7 months. I run reports or who was when and each has their own passcode or key fob. Get it, it works!
