These were a great bargain compared to the brand we had been buying

So far these have been noticeably effective for me. After trying them a few nights I've actually had to make sure to take them earlier in the evening so I can make sure to not have the effects carry on into the next morning as these definitely have the ability to help you stay asleep throughout the night. I received the 10 mg tablets as advertised and I feel that 300 tablets for about $14 is a fair price compared to some others that are out there.For myself a 10 mg tablet of these is just as effective if not more effective than 10 mg tablets from other sources. I've even found that breaking a tablet in half and only getting about 5 mg is still effective for me. I understand that some folks might not be feeling the effect for some reason, but for me these seem to work just as they're supposed to.I'm pleased with these so far. I've had to start taking one an hour or so earlier than I normally would because they are so effective at helping you stay asleep that you might risk sleeping through an alarm if enough of the melatonin is still in your system the next morning as you'd normally be trying to wake up. These might not work for everyone, but from my experience I would recommend them based on the performance and price.

These melatonin tablets certainly do the job for me in helping to bring on sleep. I don't always need so much melatonin at once, but when the need arises it's nice to take only one tablet instead of two. The bottle was well sealed and none of the tablets were crumbly.

Periodically I do have the need for something to help me relax and sleep better, and have found that, very often, taking Melatonin (10mg) about 15-20 minutes before going to bed seems to help (or it could just be a placebo effect). I do not take Melatonin on a regular, nightly basis, but just when my normal sleep pattern has been disrupted. I do like these capsules because each one contains the dosage I want, so I only have to take one capsule, instead of 2 (very often can only get 5mg capsules). I also like that L-Theanine has been included in this supplement, even if it is in a VERY low dosage (5.5mg).Also to be counted as pluses are: no artificial color added, no artificial flavors, no lactose and they are gluten free.So, with this particular brand, the dosage of the capsules and the quantity, I have everything I am looking for, and for a reasonable price.
