Absolutely superb chair!Bought as a gaming chair for my Teenager and he's very happy with it!Assembled in 20 minutes from clear, concise instructions. Extremely comfortable with various options for adjusting it to suit you plus moves easily and smoothly. Looks great and superb value for money. Would definitely recommend.

I've had this chair for around 6 months at the time of this review. For the price, I wasn't expecting greatness - but I was wrong. It was meant to be a stopgap until I saved up for a Herman Miller. Instead, I'll be keeping this for the forseeable future. It's a very good chair, fighting way above its weight class.The lumbar support is fantastic, the headrest and tilt provide incredible comfort when having a laze, and the general sitting comfort is massive. I work from home, and then I play games, so I'm effectively in this chair ~14 hours on the average weekday. I have had absolutely no issues with pain or lack of support. For perspective I am 6ft and 120kg (just under 19 stone in the old tongue) and most chairs just cause perennial back ache. I've recommended it to several people because of how much value for money you get and how good the chair is.Now, it would be remiss of me to not mention the absolutely fabulous customer support that comes with the chair. I had an issue with the seat itself suddenly tilting to one side, so I reached out to customer support who put me in contact with the office in the UK. They proceeded to help me diagnose the issue with the chair, sending out replacement parts (for free mind you!) based on their expertise. My running assumption is there was damage in transit initially and I just didn't notice, because the repaired chair is just as good as it was when I got it. Absolutely stellar customer support, and given my experience with this chair, I have no doubt I'll be replacing the wife's chair with one from this brand eventually as well.

Overall I really like this chair, assembly was easy and everything needed was provided, including one more screw and washer than needed for all of them and even a pair of gloves, took about 10 minutes to put together alone.The chair is comfortable for long periods of time, lumber support is good and adjustable and have not had any discomfort sitting in this for 8-12 hours with only small breaks, the cushion is fairly thin but it is still very supportive and comfortable.I have two small complaints with the first being very negligible that the arms have no forward/back adjustment, its clearly advertised that it don't have it and only had up/down adjust (and in a way in/out adjust with being able to screw it onto the base closer or further out) I would not deduct a star for this and it is very minor.My only serious complaint about this chair is the headrest, there is some left/right sway when you have it on the higher settings and its also a little too easy to move it with medium pressure when resting your head on it, it is still a relatively minor point but I feel like this is worthy of docking a star from an otherwise amazing chair.Overall very good product and I think you would really struggle to find a chair as good at the price point, I got it on sale and I wouldn't have begrudged paying full price.

I can definitely recommend this chair. For its relatively low price, it feels premium, is well made, extremely comfortable, supportive and looks lovely. If it also had a foot rest, it would be absolute perfection.

Unpacking and assembling this item was incredibly easy. At 6 feet 1 inch tall, I find the adjustable seat height and headrest provide excellent support for my back and neck during the long 12 hours I spend at my computer each day.Unfortunately, the delivery experience was lacking, as the DPD delivery personnel left the package at the bottom of the stairs outside my building, which has three floors. I live on the third floor, and it was just by chance that a passerby visiting a neighbor found the package and kindly brought it to my door.I raised this issue with the company’s customer support. Mina, one of their representatives, responded promptly and with genuine concern regarding the incident, assuring me that they would address the DPD driver’s negligence.I mention this delivery complication not as a reflection on the company, but to emphasize my confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction.I truly believe that should I ever need to take advantage of their Lifetime Warranty for a replacement at no cost, they will honor that promise without hesitation.Thank you, Mina.

Overall a good chair at an excellent price, but be mindful the price doesnt lie.There were rusty washers inside the box, contacted support over a month ago and im still waiting for response.Don't install the skirt that goes over the chair legs, it doesnt screw on anything and it will just rattle as you move around/touch it with your feet.Comfort is good, back tilt great and lumbar support quite decent, only downside is arm rests could go down a bit further, headrest gets a bit in the way if not laying back, perhaps herman miller was right about having no headrests on their chairs all along...

I bought this a few months ago now and can say I have no regrets. It is comfortable and supportive and the mesh fabric helps to keep you coller in summer which is a real bonsu for us home workers.
