I'm glad I found this B-complex, I've tried very many brands over the years. They were all okay, but I want to get away from folic acid, which is not the same as folate. Most B-complexes use the folic acid form and I've been reading that it's not the best and that folate is better. It's hard to find information about the difference but I decided to go with the folate and rather than take all the B-vitamins separately, which is an option, I found this Life Extension one and am very pleased with the affordable price - that's important to me and necessary that it is good value for dollar.It doesn't give me an upset stomach and doesn't have any objectionable odor either. Very good B-complex and I've tried them all.

How do you judge a vitamin when you can’t look at the content inside it? Unless you have a deficiency, you can’t see any results from taking any kind of vitamin or mineral. This wasn’t real expensive, so hopefully it will be what it says it is. The capsule is kind of large.

These B-Complex capsules seem to do what they promise—I’ve felt a nice little boost in energy and focus. That said, they’re on the larger side and a bit tough to get down. If you don’t mind swallowing horse pills, you’re golden. Otherwise, maybe have a big glass of water handy!

Still too early to tell but I think it’s working because I’m getting a lot done whereas before I was looking forward to nap. Lol. Pill is skinny and easy to swallow, did not upset my stomach.

These are the best B Complex supplements I’ve ever taken. They are easy to swallow, dosage is good, no odor, very effective. They never gave me an upset stomach ever and the sleep quality I get was so good. I was having problems sleeping, not any more. These were a lifesaver.

This stuff is amazing! I've had some anemia and deficiencies and this really makes me feel healthier and more energized. I'm recovering from adrenal fatigue, burnout, digestive issues, etc. And this has made a huge difference and so affordable!!
